As Head of School, Gundi Talbert is passionate about creating a learning environment where every child feels seen, valued and empowered to succeed. She believes that no two children learn the same way and is committed to providing personalized instruction, small-group learning and innovative teaching strategies that meet students where they are.

As School Director, Tamara Palmer is dedicated to fostering a warm, supportive and Christ-centered learning environment where every student can thrive. She works closely with families, staff and students to ensure each child receives individualized support and encouragement they need to succeed.

As Asst. Director and Elementary Educator at Archway, Mrs. Allison brings a passion for teaching and a strong background in elementary education. Mrs. Allison is certified as Generalist EC - 6 and English as a Second Language EC-6. She is committed to creting a positive, engaging learning environment where students feel supported, challenged and inspired to reach their full potential.

Mrs. Yevette has been inspiring and educating elementary students since 1975, bringing decades of experience, wisdom and compassion to the classroom. Mrs. Yevette is certified in K-8 elementary speech, elementary self contained and PK-KG Early childhood education.
As the wife of a retired pastor, Mrs. Yevette has also devoted many years
Mrs. Yevette has been inspiring and educating elementary students since 1975, bringing decades of experience, wisdom and compassion to the classroom. Mrs. Yevette is certified in K-8 elementary speech, elementary self contained and PK-KG Early childhood education.
As the wife of a retired pastor, Mrs. Yevette has also devoted many years to teaching Bible classes in her church. Her nurturing Spirit, unwavering dedication and Christ-centered approach make her a treasured part of our learning center.

Mrs. Vicki is a dedicated Christian educator who brings decades of teaching experience and a passion for helping students succeed. She has been a Texas certified educator since 1977 in Elementary Ed, Elementary English, Secondary Ed and Language / Learning Disabilities, giving her a strong foundation for meeting the diverse needs of learners.

Ms. Alexis is a dedicated educator who brings enthusiasm, knowledge and a passion for helping students succeed. She holds a bachelor's degree, she is currently working on her Masters degree at A&M. Ms. Alexis is committed to creating an engaging learning environment where middle and high school students are encouraged to think critically, build confidence and reach their full potential.
